NARRATIVE

It is the early 1900s. A group of friends and explorers accidentally discover an archipelago during their expedition. Awestruck by the serenity, these good people decide to stay back and build the islands as first settlers!

OBJECTIVE 

Earn the highest score by building the best, most resourceful island in the given time.

GAMEPLAY

  1. Each team has to place the solution tiles to build their island.
  2. They have 4 resources to grow–fruit, milk, water, and energy.
  3. Whichever team scores the highest points wins.

CONTROLS

Use the mouse to drag the given tiles onto the hexagonal map

Install instructions

For Windows Users: 

  1. After downloading the game, unzip the TFS_Win folder. 
  2. Now navigate to inside of the TFS_Win folder and run the TheFirstSettlers.exe file.

Note: If on running the game, it says "publisher not recognised", then click on "More Info" and then "Run anyways" 

For Mac Users:

  1. After downloading the game, double click the TFS_Mac folder, this will unzip the game file.
  2. Now run the TFS_Mac file to play the game!

Note: If on running the game, it says "app cannot be scanned for malicious software", then go to your settings-> privacy and security -> open anyways 

All builds have a version number attached to their name. Make sure you have the latest version of the build downloaded.
